“Unsalted Cashews” was painted in 2021 while I had my retail store near Fremantle in Western Australia.
I had my store opposite a popular food market and one of my favourite foods was the unsalted cashews :)
Here I setup a still life setup and placed a collection of my favourite things together.
Acrylic, oil and impasto, this piece has been painted thickly and it shines off the canvas.
Measuring approx 61x61cm this piece is on a deep edged canvas, varnished and ready to hang with wire.
