Highfield Falls, in Queensland (sigh). If any of you have ever been, it is FILLED with birdlife and an experience I will never forget. There is a little hidden sanctuary down one of the streets, I caught the bus from Toowoomba and travelled there with my binoculars and phone to take notes. I was not disappointed!
 
Here I have painted a large piece to represent that journey (plus some smalls on another page). This one is a big, original acrylic and oil on canvas painting, measuring approx. 122x92cm (plus frame) and has been framed in a Tassie Oak. Finished beautifully!
