This painting was hanging in a lovely gallery in the Southern Highlands and has been returned to me.
I painted cheeky Kookaburras with Magpies in this piece as they coexist with one another in the wild.
They are sitting amongst banksia spinulosa with some grevillea in the distance. I have also featured a quirky mustard jar, jam jar, some lolly pops and fudge which are popular in the Southern Highlands area of NSW.
